Material Selection and Traceability
We used fully certified and mill-certified round bar, held in stock and ready for rapid production. All material was traceable to source, giving the client confidence in material quality and full auditability.

In-House Precision Machining
The entire manufacturing process was completed at Victory Fasteners' in-house machining facility, ensuring total control over quality and lead times. Operations included:

• Billeting to length from round bar
• Turning to diameter
• Head machining to ISO 7380-1 spec
• Drilling and broaching the hex socket to tolerance
