For this requirement, a 1.1/8" 7UNC × 5" SAE 8 Hex Set Screw was produced in-house from a stocked blank, providing a controlled and efficient route from raw fastener blank through to the finished component.

Manufacturing Process

For this SAE 8 requirement, the process was completed through Victory Fasteners’ in-house engineering facilities:

Stock Blank → Cut to Length → CNC Machined → Fully Threaded 1.1/8" 7UNC → Finished Component

The blank was cut to the required 5" length before CNC machining and full threading to produce the specified SAE 8 hex set screw.
