Victory Fasteners recently manufactured a requirement for M42 × 480 grade 12.9 DIN 931 hex bolts, featuring a 115mm thread and zinc-plated finish.

The order was completed using high-strength blank fasteners held in stock, enabling production to begin without waiting for material or specially manufactured blanks to arrive.

In-House Engineering

The stocked blanks were cut to the required length before the 115mm thread was produced using Victory Fasteners’ in-house screw-cutting capability.

Following manufacture, the bolts were prepared for zinc plating and supplied as complete assemblies with the specified nuts and washers.
