Responding to the deadline

With suitable stock blanks available, Victory Fasteners was able to react quickly and schedule production around the customer’s required timescale.

Manufacturing, inspection and external finishing were carefully coordinated, with production capacity adjusted to keep the order moving at every stage. A 24-hour plating turnaround was arranged, helping to ensure the completed fasteners remained on schedule for delivery.

This proactive approach meant that a substantial order of specialist M45 fasteners could progress without unnecessary delay, while maintaining the required specification, material traceability and finish.
