Victory Fasteners supported an export customer requirement for large-format, high-strength fasteners, delivering a fully engineered solution from raw material through to certified finished components.

The project centred on the manufacture of:

M72 × 110 Grade 8.8 DIN 933 Hexagon Head Set Screws

Produced to exacting standards, these components were engineered in-house to meet demanding mechanical and structural application requirements, with full traceability and export compliance.

Manufacturing Process

All components were produced at Victory Fasteners’ West Midlands facility using a controlled and traceable production route:

• Manufactured in-house from round conditioned bar
• Precision cutting and threading operations
• Milled hexagon heads to DIN 933 specification
• Cast coding / etching applied for identification and traceability
• Supplied with full Mill Test Certification (3.1)
• Material sourced from European origin suppliers

This approach ensured consistency, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with customer and international standards.
