When a customer required M8 x 1.25 x 85mm ASTM A193 Grade B7 Studbolts with 20mm thread lengths at both ends, Victory Fasteners utilised its extensive stock of fully traceable European-origin fastener blanks to provide a prompt and efficient manufacturing solution.

Beginning with a larger diameter certified blank, each component was precision machined in-house to achieve the customer's exact specification. The shank was turned to size before being parted to length, with both ends then accurately threaded to produce the finished studbolt. Every component underwent final dimensional inspection prior to dispatch, ensuring full compliance with the customer's drawing and specification.
