• Charpy V-Notch Impact Testing: Conducted to confirm impact toughness of 27J at -20°C, ensuring the fasteners maintain ductility and fracture resistance under low-temperature operating conditions.
• 100% Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI): Applied to each component to identify surface-breaking and near-surface discontinuities, guaranteeing structural integrity across the full supply batch.

Corrosion Protection

Corrosion resistance was achieved through single-source hot dip galvanizing (HDG). Controlling this process within our managed plating supply chain ensured uniform coating thickness, reliable adhesion, and long-term environmental protection.
