Victory Fasteners Completes JOSCAR Registration to Support Customer Procurement

Victory Fasteners has successfully completed JOSCAR registration, making its validated supplier information available to participating buying organisations across the defence, aerospace and security sectors.

For procurement teams, this provides a practical benefit: access to supplier assurance information through a shared system, helping reduce repeated information requests and supporting supplier assessment.

What is JOSCAR?

JOSCAR, the Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register, is administered by Hellios. It enables suppliers to submit company and compliance information through a common qualification process, with validated information shared securely with participating buyers.

This shared approach helps customers carry out supplier checks without repeatedly collecting the same information.

What does this mean for Victory Fasteners customers?

For customers using JOSCAR, Victory Fasteners’ registration supports:

• Simpler supplier assessment: access to validated supplier information through an established platform.
• Less duplicated administration: a shared profile reduces the need for separate requests for common assurance information.
• Informed procurement decisions: buyers can review published information as part of their own supplier qualification processes.

Registration supports customer due diligence, with individual buyers retaining their own approval and project-specific requirements.

Fastener expertise from a single source

Victory Fasteners combines fastener supply with services including manufacturing, precision machining, plating, coating and patching.

JOSCAR registration complements these capabilities by supporting the supplier assurance processes used by participating customers. It brings together access to fastener expertise and a structured route for reviewing the company information needed during procurement.
